Licensing scope and decision

Effective 12 August 2026, Cristian Tcaci, the repository owner and sole human copyright contributor, licenses the owner-authored contents of this repository under GNU GPL version 3 only (GPL-3.0-only). See LICENSE.

Exclusion

tests/fixtures/curl_8_21_0_option_arity.json was mechanically derived from curl 8.21.0’s src/tool_getparam.c. It remains under curl’s licence, reproduced in LICENSES/curl-COPYING.txt, and is not relicensed under GPL by this decision.

Future products

BLUEPRINT_PLUGIN_PRODUCT.md and REPLAY_TOOL_PRODUCT.md describe potential products that would be extracted into separate, clean repositories. Their licences remain undecided. This repository-level GPL decision neither selects nor constrains a licence for those future repositories; their provenance and compatibility gates still apply before release.

Dependencies and other third-party components retain their own licences.
